We also build insulated panels for lumber kilns, paint booths and mortuary rooms.

 Louisville Cooler has the capacity to manufacture 4" and 5" urethane foamed in place panels up to 30'- 0" in length. You will see significant labor savings during the installation process because you will not have to double stack wall panels and you will have a much stronger and better looking product. All panels are tongue and groove with cam style locks. No wood or hard rails in our panels.
